I don't have a very long list, PM me any questions and I'll answer them, and maybe put it along with the list! :)

Does a member have to do something to become staff?

Nothing special. When I feel I need more staff, I'll post a thread requesting for volunteers. And if someone has been mistreating someone and then requests to be a staff member, then it's obvious that I will decline and have someone else for the job.
What's with the acceptance thing?
In some packs, you'll find a sub board titled Acceptance, that means you need to post a thread there and roleplay with someone who can accept you. If they accept you, you can roleplay freely as an omega, and in time, go up the ranks and reach a warrior.
Ok, I'm accepted, but I want to be more than an omega. . .
Ok, first Pm one of the alphas, and they'll pm you a begining of a roleplay. Just keep pming each other until the alpha decides if they think your ready to move up. But of course, the alphas must decide together if you are ready. But it shouldn't be too hard, I'm sure they want more than omegas running around their boarder.
What if I'm not good at Roleplaying?!
You'll learn.
It wasn't long ago since I wasn't any good at roleplaying, hard to keep a good length going. . . Discribe the weather, the area, how your character feels, what their thinking. Don't worry, I've met lots of new roleplayers.

I'm going to make a character, but where should he/she go?
I suggest going to a pack, and not a neutral place, but to get used to roleplaying, your character can wander from neutral place to neutral place until they decide where to go. But all in all, most of the packs are pretty empty.
